Musa Community Development and Sustainability Organization is a non-profit organization founded on 24 January, 2022 by CHIPASHA KERAN and it was duly registered on 7th May,2021. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the range of projects we take part in. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. We are an organization that also believe in gender equality in all our projects and program without discrimination.

Making a Difference
REPRODUCTIVE SEXUAL HEALTH AND MENSTRUAL WELLNESS.
Taking cleanness to very young adolescent girls and women in rural areas.
Health is an engine to human and the environment. Women and girls are the most under looked people in villages by men and some acts are traditional believed to be taboos. But cleanness is a human rights. The organization there beared a mandate to raise awareness on reproductive health hygiene and menstrual wellness awareness in rural areas and schools targeting youths between 10-25. This has helped shaping an health environment even in pads disposing amongst women.The project target 300000 adolescent girls and women to be trained in reusable sanitary pads making and menstrual wellness awareness campaign by 2024.Clean generation clean environment.

Through our Capacity Building program, we have the potential to make real and positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Musa Community Development and Sustainability Organization, and a source of much success for our Non-Governmental Organization.

The issue of climate change is a global challenge that needs to be handled by everyone. We as the organization believe climate change can be handled through youth engagement and restoring lost forests due to human activities. Climate change mitigation and adaptation strategy to have a resilient society will help in fight against this challenge and promote climate justice.
DISABILITY INCLUSION
The Future Looks Bright
Disabled people are the most marginalized and neglected groups in the community and schools. These people have rights too just like any other person. Therefore the organization advocates for disability rights and wishing to establish it's first ever disability inclusion center in northern province.This will be a facility that shall bring together disabled people, train them, pray with them and make them feel God's love on them through bringing them together and groom them in Lord's love.
LOCAL FOREST RESTORATION/ FOREST REGENERATION

Environment is the major habitat of human and animals but humans are killing themselves by degrading the environment through their selfish desires. Despite that Northern province is one of the regions in zambia with rampant deforestation and other activities that destroy the natural resources, drying up of the water sources and endangering wildlife in part of nsumbu Nation park.The organization aims to regenerate forests or restore lost forests to 1000+ hectors of land by planting mukula, mopane, masuku, mfungo and other indigenous species.This project will generate employment to Communities and the project will benefit everyone.
